Sacramento Zoo, 6 March 2010
Somehow lunch with mom became a trip to the zoo with mom, sister, one daughter & one daughter's boyfriend. Naturally, I completely failed to take pictures of any of them. This is, I believe, a Yucatan Dwarf Club-Tailed Iguana. (The internet might vote to call him a Yucatan Dwarf Spiny-Tailed Iguana.)
Green Tree Python.
Hm. I can't remember who this is, & the internet is not of any help this time.
What a lovely arm. All scaly, but still kinda like a people arm.
Snake. Considering the shape of his head & the diamonds on his back, it might be clever to know which snake...
Green Tree Frog, I think. Makes sense, right? I know... I oughta bring a notepad & write this stuff down.
Red Panda. I read the sign, honest.
Orangutan, looking unusually regal for someone who was picking his nose just moments before.
Mallard.
Some sort of orange flower.
